Using Net Insight
This website provides tools and explanatory information. Core functionality is free to use without an account. You are responsible for checking that a result fits your own task. Estimates are not guarantees of hardware compatibility, contractor pricing, network access or service availability.
Do not use the service to submit unlawful content, disrupt other users, bypass rate limits or access an account that is not yours. Automated high-volume use is not supported by the public interface. Network tools query configured data sources; they do not provide arbitrary proxying or port scanning.
Accounts and recovery
Choose a unique username and a password of at least twelve characters. Keep your password and recovery key private. The recovery key permits a password reset and is replaced after use. There is no email reset service. Signing out ends all sessions for the account, and account deletion removes saved projects.
Saving settings is optional and limited to one hundred projects per account. Do not save secrets, payment information or sensitive personal records as project names or tool inputs. Uploaded photos are not stored in account projects. You should keep your own copy of any output that matters to you.
Tool-specific limits
Memory calculations are estimates based on entered shapes and assumptions. Game prices and mechanics can change between patches. Repair quote comparisons are informational and do not constitute a contractor offer or booking. This site is independent of game publishers, hardware manufacturers and contractors discussed in its guides.
Printing tools generate page layouts. Actual paper output depends on browser scaling, printer margins, color settings and image quality. They do not certify passport photographs or official documents. Generated geometric coloring pages and paper templates may be used for personal and classroom purposes; your uploaded images remain subject to their own rights.
IP location is approximate. Reputation flags are observations from named sources, not proof about a person or a promise that another service will accept a connection. Missing data remains unknown. DNS resolver comparison does not establish worldwide propagation or website uptime.
Changes and feedback
Tools and limits can change as the service is maintained. Material data-handling changes should be reflected in the privacy policy. Use the contact form to report a defect or correction with enough detail to reproduce it. No response time or uptime guarantee is offered by this free service.
